Some Personal Advice And Tips !!

  • It is very important to have the best and highest-quality cherries as it will make a big difference in the flavor. So always look for cherries that are plump, juicy, and have a deep red color.
  • Always drain the cherries well as excess moisture will make the chocolate seize up and it will become difficult for us to work with later.
  • We should dip the cherries in the chocolate caramel mixture one at a time which will prevent the chocolate from setting too quickly.
  • If possible let the chocolate-covered cherries set on a tray lined with parchment paper. It will help the chocolate to set evenly and prevent the cherries from sticking to each other
  • Always refrigerate the chocolate-covered cherries for at least 30 minutes before serving that will help to set them completely and easier to eat.
For a richer flavor use dark chocolate and for a festive look drizzle dip the chocolate-covered cherries with another melted white chocolate layer which will look fantastic.
