- 2.5 cups White Chocolate Chips

- Preheat the oven to 425°F and also line a large baking sheet with parchment paper fully wrapped all over.
- Put the crackers in a single layer on the lined baking sheet to avoid overlapping.
- Add the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Heat it over a medium-high flame to bring it to a boil and let it continue for exactly 5 minutes.
- Quickly pour the above caramel mix over the crackers and spread it to cover fully.
- Bake it in the oven for around 4-5 minutes to make the crackers expand slightly and shift around a little.
- Remove from the oven and just sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Leave it for 1-2 minutes for a shiny look.
- Spread the white melted chocolate over the toffee. For some decoration add Christmas sprinkles all over the top of it.
- Let it cool down completely in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. After that remove the aluminum foil to get a crispy crunch.
- Crack the candy into small pieces and to preserve it for many days keep it in airtight packets or a freezer.
