What is Christmas Crack Recipe with Graham Crackers?
It is a sweet combination of Graham crackers with butter, sugar and chocolate chips firmly coated in a smooth way to give a perfect taste of chocolate crunch. It is the best holiday snack for me as it is very addictive and can be given to family, friends and others as a gift.

Ingredients
- 30 pieces Graham Crackers
- 1 cup Unsalted Sugar
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Toffee Chips
Instructions
- Line a 10×15 inch pan or half sheet pan fully covered with heavy-duty non-stick aluminium foil to create a perfect cracker recipe.
- Place up the Graham crackers side by side to avoid any overlapping.
- In a large saucepan mix together butter and brown sugar. Boil it over a low flame with continuous stirring.
- Pour the above butter/sugar mixture over the Graham crackers and spread it all over with a spatula.
- Let it bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and topple the chocolate chips all over it. For complete melting leave it for 5-6 minutes.
- Smoothly spread the melted caramel of chocolate over the toffee and to make it more delicious just add toffee chips.
- Let cool it down completely in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Gently peel off the aluminium foil to get the crispy candy.
- Break it into pieces or use a knife to cut it. Serve and enjoy this wonderful Christmas Crack with your family and friends.
